Body Work: A complete list of body shops ensuring that you are able to locate a reliable one close to your home.

Car Rental: If you get into an accident that leaves your car out of commission, you may be covered for a car rental.

How to Appeal: If you think that you should not be surcharged (receive more step points) for a specific incident, you are allowed to appeal your surcharge within 30 days of your surcharge notice.
